The 48 Hour Game Design Contest is Coming Up!
Hey guys, just wanted you to know this year's 48 hour game design contest has been added to the calendar.
It's from November 4th to the 6th and is guaranteed to kick your ass with awesomeness.

IGDA Meeting and First Dev Session
Well, the mass meeting has come and gone. It was quite the success if I do say so myself. (The only thing we forgot to mention is the upcoming T-shirts.)
Sunday! The IGDA Meeting will be at 3:00 pm.
Monday! The first dev session will be at 6:00 pm.
Both will be in Windows Classrooms 1 and 2 in the Duderstadt Center. Be there.

Starting The New Semester Right!
Hey guys, hope your summer is treating you well.
Firstly, our president has thrown up a new article for everyone's reading on the library page concerning portable games.
We have a number of events coming up soon (as you can see on the new Calender on the events page), we will be at UMEC's welcome day on the 2nd, Festifall on the 8th, and North Campus Festival on the 13th.
As for our events, the Mass Meeting will be on the 15th in the Union, be sure to drop by if you have the chance. Who knows, we might be gaming afterwards that night : ). And on the 18th, Jay tells me we have one hell of an IGDA meeting planned, be sure not to miss this one!

The new PHP/(My)SQL version of the site is complete. Also, we temporarily changed webservers because someone tried to turn our last one into an IRC chatbox. We have since changed back.
Also, passwords have been sent out. Some returned. Some probably to people who shouldn't have received one in the first place. Let me know if any of this applies to you.
